Just go CHANGE your I.P. address! It is blocked because someone was vandalizing from it, it doesn't necessarily mean that it was you, but someone was and therefore, I can't unblock the I.P. I don't even know what your I.P. is. And even if I did, I wouldn't unblock it. If you want to continue to edit at the Fairy Tail wiki just go look for some instructions online about how to change your I.P. address. It's not hard.
